Smile Montana Scholarship

Apply for a $1000 scholarship granted by John F. Miller, DDS.

1. Five $1,000.00 scholarships will be awarded.

2. Scholarship selection will be based on essay content and quality.

3. Applicant must be a graduating senior planning to attend a post-secondary institution in 2024.

4. Download and complete the application, and attach a copy of your senior resume and most recent transcript.

5. Turn all application materials into your counselor by April 15th, 2024. Applications emailed to marketing@smilemontana.com will also be accepted.
